Lafayette is seasoned expert in multi site management. Lafayette has over 25 years of property management experience and has served as a senior property manager for several companies.
He has managed asset grades A-D, and 50-1080 units. Lafayette obtained his Texas Real Estate License in 2019.
His strengths are asset operations, turning around troubled assets and increasing ROI and property value by implementing value add strategies with capital improvements, renovations and decreasing operating expenses.
